Job summary

Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing. The role requires hands‑on leadership to oversee production operations, drive quality, and ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.

The candidate will supervise daily activities, mentor technicians, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 8–10 years manufacturing/production experience.
• 4–6 years in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and HSE.
• Experience within Water Treatment, Chemical Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Electro‑Mechanical, Process Industries, or similar manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams while ensuring compliance with HSE and company procedures.
