Job summary

Strattmont in Jeddah, a pioneer in the furniture industry since 1967, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the complete production operation.

You will supervise all departments from CNC to Upholstery, drive productivity, quality, and on-time delivery, and collaborate with procurement, projects, sales, and maintenance to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in production management.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, office/home furniture preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Lean, Quality Control, Cost Control, and OEE.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills; good English.

• Manage daily production operations and production planning.
• Supervise all production departments and teams.
• Monitor targets, schedules, and capacity.
• Oversee CNC, Cutting, Edge Banding, Drilling, Sanding, Assembly, Upholstery, Finishing.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Projects, Sales, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production operation and ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations and production planning.
• Supervise all production departments and production teams.
• Monitor production targets, schedules, and capacity.
• Oversee CNC, Cutting, Edge Banding, Drilling, Sanding, Assembly, Upholstery, and Finishing processes.
• Optimize manpower and machine utilization.
• Reduce material waste, scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Ensure products meet approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Projects, Sales, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in production management.
• Strong experience in furniture manufacturing, preferably office and home furniture.
• Good knowledge of woodworking and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing production teams and multiple departments.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Control, Cost Control, and OEE.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
