Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a production/maintenance technician in Makkah to support manufacturing operations. You will understand the NAPCO business environment and objectives, interpret internal policies, and plan and organize work to meet short and long-term goals.

You will operate production machines per SOP, perform maintenance tasks, and uphold health and safety standards while driving efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities

• Understand NAPCO business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
• Planning & Organizing: Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
• Technological Ability: Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
• Machine Operation: Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
• Maintenance Practice: Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
• Occupational Health and Safety: Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
• Production Efficiency: Generate the required output with the least required resources.
