Job summary

NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. in Jeddah seeks a maintenance professional to monitor assets, assess condition from indicators and real‑time data, and prioritize resources to reduce downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.

You will apply Lean manufacturing methods (JIT, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA), operate production equipment per SOPs, ensure health and safety compliance, inspect tools and materials, and lead sustainable process improvements aligned with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Observe asset state and determine status from indicators and real-time data to optimize maintenance resources and minimize downtime.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and related tools.
• Operate all steps for the required production machine according to SOPs or other instructions.
• Apply local, regional, and international health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards set forth by NAPCO to protect people and property.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products using lab equipment to identify deviations.
• Improve the sustainability of the process in alignment with environmental responsibility and regulations.

Job description

• Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and other related tools.
• Operate all steps and activities for the required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions, if applicable.
• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect people and property and prevent market losses.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products using simple to complex lab equipment against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to identify and address deviations.
• Improve the sustainability of the process in alignment with the company environmental responsibility and environmental and recycling regulations.
