Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a skilled maintenance and reliability professional to monitor asset condition, collect and interpret data, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. You will ensure compliance with health & safety standards while coordinating with operations to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include fault identification, RCA if needed, and using standard office software to prepare clear reports for management.

Qualifications

• Understand NAPCO policies and procedures and apply them in daily tasks.
• Ability to interpret internal policies and procedures in a business context.
• Monitor and interpret data to support decision-making at NAPCO.
• Organize and plan work to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet objectives.
• Use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret a range of data to create reports for decision-making.
• Apply condition monitoring to predict and schedule maintenance.
• Identify, isolate and rectify faults to restore asset function.
• Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Observe asset state and prioritize maintenance resources to minimize downtime.
