Job summary

OSHCO in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced after-sales sales professional to grow revenue by promoting genuine parts, service solutions, and maintenance contracts while building strong customer relationships and delivering field support.

The role targets monthly and annual growth, prospection of fleets/workshops, and rigorous CRM use, with adherence to Saudi safety policies and regulations during field visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3-6 years of after-sales or field sales experience in KSA.
• Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual targets for parts, service contracts, and after-sales revenue.
• Promote genuine parts, lubricants, repair services, and PM packages.
• Execute weekly/monthly customer visit plans across locations in KSA.
• Maintain CRM entries, visit reports, and opportunity pipelines.
• Follow up on quotations, service jobs, and pending opportunities.
• Target new fleets, workshops, contractors and logistics operators in KSA.
• Conduct field site visits to prospect customers.
• Submit weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and forecasts to management.
• Adhere to safety policies and Saudi regulations when visiting sites.

Role Purpose

To grow after-sales revenue by promoting and selling genuine parts, service solutions, and maintenance contracts to customers in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing field support to improve customer satisfaction and overall after-sales profitability.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• - Achieve assigned monthly and annual targets for parts sales, service contract sales, and total after-sales revenue.
• - Promote genuine parts, lubricants, repair services, and PM packages.
• - Execute structured weekly/monthly customer visit plans across assigned locations
• - Maintain up-to-date customer visit reports and opportunity pipelines in CRM.
• - Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, service jobs, and pending opportunities.
• - Identify and target new fleets, workshops, contractors, and logistics operators across KSA.
• - Conduct field prospecting through site visits.
• - Build and maintain a sales funnel of potential new customers.
• - Submit weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and forecasts to management.
• - Maintain accurate CRM entries and comply with company reporting policies.
• - Follow company safety policies and adhere to all Saudi regulations when visiting customer sites.

Education & Certifications

Minimum Diploma degree or equivalent experience

Required Years of Experience

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in after-sales, field sales, or parts/service sales within KSA.
