Job summary

Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner company, is seeking a Product Owner (Matchmaking) based in Saudi Arabia. You will own post-purchase journeys, optimize activation and recommendations, and work across product, data, engineering, and design to deliver value for paying users.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a B2C product role with focus on activation and onboarding.
• Experience with discovery-driven products where relevance is key.
• Familiarity with matching/recommendation systems and content feeds.
• Understanding of segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Background in marketplaces or social discovery platforms.
• Ability to define hypotheses, metrics, and requirements.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments.
• Proven ability to prioritize initiatives and manage cross-functional delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bias toward ownership and results-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase customer journey to help paying users find meaningful matches quickly.
• Improve relevance and quality of recommendations and ensure sufficient options.
• Increase meaningful engagement and early match quality in first week.
• Design engagement mechanisms to drive conversations and returns.
• Leverage segmentation and enrichment data to improve recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities from product metrics and feedback.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable requirements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineers, designers, data scientists.
• Plan and run A/B tests and other experiments, measure outcomes.
• Continuously improve the customer experience with data-driven decisions.
