Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and clients, their likes and dislikes, top pain points and opportunities
• Build and maintain expertise in our domestic competitor landscape and similar markets both domestic and overseas
• Act as a bridge between the business and tech teams within the organisation
• Lead a cross-functional team in designing, testing, delivering and monitoring initiatives to achieve growth targets
• Lead initiatives that enforce product usage SOPs within the business teams
• Act as a liaison between Bayut and government agencies like REGA, ELM for technical collaboration and coordination

What you need for this role

• A data-driven approach to product management and being comfortable with digging into large data sets to extract trends and insights
• Ability to extract and prioritise user insights to drive product strategy
• Understanding of online marketing channels, acquisition modes, and relevant experience in their optimisation
• Understanding the technology behind online products and being comfortable leading a group of engineers in product initiatives
• Experience with working within a fast paced dynamic environment
• Experience with Project Management and Task Management tools like Asana, JIRA, Redmine, etc

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in real estate or data collection is a plus
• Proven experience in product or project management or a related field is a plus
• Proficient English speaking and writing is required
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus
• Prior experience of working in a multi-faceted technology based services organisation will be considered a plus
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Familiarity with the real estate company requirements, products, and services
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
• Proficient in using digital tools and software for data entry, analysis, and photography
