Job summary

Linnk Group seeks a technically hands‑on Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager to manage production stability, service quality, and operational health of Digital Enterprise Solutions in a fintech context. You will own production incidents, perform RCA, monitor services, and coordinate with Technology, Operations, and support teams.

The role focuses on triage through resolution, API testing, and collaborating with Product Development to prioritize fixes and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own production incidents from triage through resolution with impact assessment and stakeholder communication.
• Troubleshoot issues using application logs, REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP codes, JSON/XML payloads, and traces.
• Use Postman or equivalent tools to test APIs, reproduce issues, and validate responses.
• Perform basic SQL queries to trace transactions and investigate processing issues.
• Identify whether issues originate from client systems, APIs, middleware, applications, databases, infrastructure, security, or downstream services.
• Lead and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and track permanent corrective actions.
• Monitor service availability, latency, error rates, failed transactions, timeouts, and other production-health indicators.
• Maintain production monitoring requirements, dashboards, SLAs, and early-warning indicators.
• Support complex client escalations and translate technical problems into business impact.
• Work with Product Development and Change Delivery teams to prioritize defects, fixes, and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own production incidents from triage through resolution, including impact assessment, escalation, stakeholder communication, and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot issues using application logs, REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP codes, JSON/XML payloads, and transaction traces.
• Use Postman or equivalent tools to test APIs, reproduce issues, and validate responses.
• Perform basic SQL queries to trace transactions and investigate processing issues.
• Identify whether issues originate from client systems, APIs, middleware, applications, databases, infrastructure, security, or downstream services.
• Lead and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and track permanent corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product management, production/application support, service management, digital banking, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP methods/codes, Postman, application logs, and basic SQL.
• Good understanding of databases, middleware, API gateways, authentication/authorization, certificates, networking, and transaction-processing systems.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, service monitoring, production support, and RCA.

Preferred

• Experience in digital banking, payments, fintech, or transaction banking.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations, or financial messaging.
• Exposure to ITIL, Product Management, or Service Management practices/certifications.
