Job summary

• 4+ years in technical operations, engineering management, technical delivery, product operations, or a related role.
• Proven experience working on a SaaS, cloud, B2B platform, or digital product.
• Strong understanding of Frontend, Backend, APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating or leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, release management, production support, and incident management.
