Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of procurement principles, supplier management, and contract compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement operations including reviews of requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, RFPs and contracts.
• Support sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, and contract administration.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery issues or invoicing discrepancies.
• Oversee procurement documentation for audits and reporting.
• Contribute to cost savings initiatives and support negotiations.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and assist in management reports.
