Job Overview

To oversee and manage RFQ-based procurement operations, ensure governance compliance, supervise procurement staff, and drive commercial value, efficiency, and supplier performance across all sourcing activities at Al Qadsiah Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Superviseand coordinate RFQ activities executed by Buyers and Senior Buyers.
• Reviewand validate commercial evaluations prior to submission for approval.li>
• Leadnegotiations for high-value, strategic, or critical procurement.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and budget controls.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and sourcing optimization strategies.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of all RFQ processes.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance and risk.
• Support procurement planning and reporting to the Procurement Lead.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and development for team members.

Requirements
