Job Overview:

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a highlyexperienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Finance teamin Al Khobar. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will support theFinance team in leading the Club’s financial planning, budgeting, andanalytical processes. The role plays a critical part in ensuring financialresources are allocated effectively to support Al Qadsiah’s sporting ambitions,commercial growth, and long-term strategic objectives as a Saudi Pro Leagueclub.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning:

• Lead the annual budgeting andquarterly forecasting cycle, multi-year business planning, and rollingforecasts across all departments. Develop long-term financial plans alignedwith the Club’s strategy.
  

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Development of accuratebudgets, forecasts, and long ‑ range plans that reflect bothstrategic priorities and operational realities.
  
• Lead the annual budgeting process across alldepartments, including preparation, review, consolidation, and ongoingmonitoring.
  

Business Partnering:

• Partner with departmental heads to ensurebudgets are realistic, controlled, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders,identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operationalefficiency.
  

Executive Reporting:

• Oversee high-levelmanagement reporting, delivering actionable insights and dashboards to the executiveleadership.
  
• Produce management information using financial planning,budgeting, and ERP systems.
  
• Preparing reports for the ExecutiveCommittee and the Board enabling informed decision ‑ makingthrough timely reporting, advanced modeling, and insightful analysis.
  

Investment & CommercialAnalysis

• Evaluate investment opportunities, capitalprojects, and commercial initiatives.

Compliance & Governance

• Support audit processes andregulatory reporting requirements where applicable.

Requirements

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONAND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Education & Professional Certification: Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred) witha professional accounting qualification (SOCPA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA orequivalent) is requirement for this role.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post ‑ graduateexperience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a largeorganization, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry. Exposureto Big 4 environments considered an advantage.
