Job summary

Flow is seeking a Procurement Engineer to own and build the procurement function for its KSA portfolio, focusing on FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for Riyadh communities. This hands-on role requires strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and timely delivery.

You will report to the Head of Program Design & Development, MENA – Physical Delivery, and collaborate with Design, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to streamline procurement and ensure compliant, cost-effective

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, luxury residential, or fit-out.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA.
Build and manage a strong supplier network across KSA with pricing, contracts, and service levels.
Lead RFQ and competitive bidding processes, evaluate suppliers, and conduct performance reviews.
Maintain complete procurement documentation including POs, contracts, and invoices.
Manage purchasing workflows from request through delivery with Design, Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
