Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead evaluation and selection of construction materials ensuring SBC compliance and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with budgets, timelines, and sustainability goals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits to ensure quality and contractual adherence.
  • Prepare technical reports and material submittals for client/regulatory approvals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with QA to resolve material issues and support corrective actions.
  • Support adoption of digital tools like SAP and Primavera P6 for procurement and tracking.
