Job summary

Misk Schools is seeking an experienced educational leader to support the Director General and Senior Principal across Kindergarten, Lower Primary Schools and Daycare. Lead by example, uphold values, and drive excellence in teaching, safeguarding and school development.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within the Misk Foundation and wider education sector in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; NPQSL/CPML or equivalent leadership training is essential
• Master’s Degree in Education or Leadership desired
• Experience leading Kindergarten, Lower Primary Schools and Daycare systems essential

Responsibilities

• Establish highest professional standards and integrity
• Report to Director General on operations and strategic development
• Oversee health, safety and welfare of students across the schools
• Develop staff wellbeing and culture of learning and achievement
• Provide leadership to Vice Principals and managers in the relevant divisions
• Coordinate school calendar and whole-school operations with senior leadership
