Job summary

Gulf Agency Company (GAC) in Dammam is seeking a Pricing Specialist for Project & Breakbulk to manage competitive pricing and profitable logistics solutions. You will interact with customers, carriers and operations to drive growth through tailored transport solutions and cost control.

The role requires pricing experience in project cargo, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic logistics team in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Experience pricing Project Cargo and Breakbulk logistics.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of local markets, ports and regulations.
• Experience with tenders, RFQs and complex customer proposals.
• Experience with EPC contractors and projects in energy/oil&gas/infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive commercial proposals in response to RFQs, tenders, and opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end logistics solutions across air, sea, land and port operations.
• Negotiate rates and terms with shipping lines and carriers.
• Work on RFQs, tenders and strategic bids with viable pricing.
• Conduct cost analyses to ensure profitability and margin control.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure feasible, efficient solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and service providers.
• Monitor market trends and freight rates; maintain pricing databases.
• Prepare monthly reports on quoted, secured and lost business.
• Ensure timely responses to customer enquiries per KPI.
