Faena The Red Sea seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth during preopening and launch, targeting ultra-luxury travelers, corporate and group business, and luxury travel networks.

You will build relationships with luxury travel advisors, attend international trade shows, coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations, and lead campaigns with marketing to maximize market share and ensure a seamless guest journey from inquiry to arrival.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience, in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive role.
• Experience within ultra-luxury hospitality or destination resorts is preferred.
• Strong network within luxury travel trade and GCC/international markets.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, account management, contracting, and revenue fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English and Arabic required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute targeted sales action plans for assigned territories and accounts.
• Solicit and generate new business across transient leisure, corporate, entertainment, and group segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, agencies, corporate buyers, and lifestyle partners.
• Represent Faena The Red Sea at international trade shows, roadshows, and client activations.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to secure new business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to understand demand, pricing, and pace reports.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and lead generation.
• Maintain account plans, activity reports, pipelines, and opportunities in Delphi/Salesforce.
• Negotiate corporate and consortia agreements per hotel strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within territories.
• Coordinate with Reservations and Operations for smooth bookings and VIP arrivals.
• Support pre-opening commercial initiatives including database development and launch campaigns.
• Foster relationships with Accor Global Sales Offices and Ennismore teams to maximize production.
