Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet.
• Provide courteous, professional and efficient service.
• Maintain knowledge of all hotel services and F&B offerings.
• Upsell items and offer alternatives to guests.
• Keep work area clean and organized, and assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and report feedback to supervisors.
• Operate the POS system as trained.
• Adhere to hotel policies on safety, hygiene and dress code.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled.
