Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as Director of F&B in luxury hotels.
• International experience across Gulf region and Europe is essential.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget and monitor revenues.
• Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to optimize occupancy and profits.
• Ensure high standards and guest satisfaction in F&B operations.
• Maintain 85%+ LQA inspection scores.
