Job summary

The Groves in Riyadh is seeking a professional Call Centre & Reservations Representative to join our guest-focused team. You will manage incoming calls, handle restaurant reservations, and provide information about dining, events and experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.

This seasonal role runs for approximately 6–7 months. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a call center, hospitality, or customer service, and is fluent in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in call center, hospitality, or customer service.
• Business level proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in reservations or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and warmly.
• Handle restaurant reservations, enquiries, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests.
• Provide up-to-date information about restaurants, menus, events, hours, and promotions.
• Assist guests in selecting restaurants or experiences based on preferences.
• Maintain high service standards and manage high enquiry volumes.
• Record accurate guest information in CRM or reservation systems.
• Respond to questions and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with restaurants and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Keep records of interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Ensure changes are communicated and guest journey starts with exceptional service.
