Job summary

The Groves in Riyadh, operated by SIHAMCO, is seeking a professional Call Centre & Reservations Representative to greet guests, handle reservations, and provide information on dining, events and experiences.

This seasonal role runs for about 6–7 months. You will manage high call volumes, confirm bookings, log guest data in CRM, and coordinate with restaurants and guest relations to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in call center, hospitality, or customer service.
• Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Seasonal role lasting about 6–7 months.
• Ability to handle high volume calls with professionalism.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including late shifts ending at midnight.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly with a warm, welcoming approach.
• Handle restaurant reservations, bookings, amendments, or cancellations.
• Provide up-to-date information on restaurants, menus, events, and experiences.
• Record guest details accurately in the reservation/CRM system.
• Coordinate with restaurants and guest relations to fulfill guest requests.
