Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a Showroom Salesperson in Riyadh to drive premium mattress sales through consultative client engagements, product demonstrations, and tailoring sleep solutions for high-ticket purchases. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5 years in luxury retail, and native Arabic with strong English proficiency.

The ideal candidate will maintain premium brand standards on the showroom floor, manage walk-in clients and corporate accounts, and use POS and inventory tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution.
• Exactly 5 years of proven retail experience in high-end mattresses or luxury showrooms.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of closing same-visit sales.
• Native Arabic with intermediate English proficiency.
• Residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with valid residency status.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage showroom visitors and demonstrate product features to convert interest into high-ticket sales.
• Assess sleep needs and preferences to recommend tailored mattress models.
• Maintain premium brand standards across floor displays and ensure price clarity.
• Build long-term relationships with walk-in buyers, interior designers, and corporate accounts.
• Use POS terminals, digital inventory systems, and delivery tracking tools.
• Coordinate with warehouse to schedule and track deliveries.
