Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle from quote confirmation to billing. You will ensure governance with internal policies and deliver a premium customer experience while coordinating with sales and logistics.

The role requires strong communication, ERP (SAP) and CRM proficiency, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. 2–3 years of relevant experience, VAT awareness, and English fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Order Management or Customer Service.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and accountability.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM management.
• Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing from quote to billing.
• Ensure governance with internal policies and provide a premium customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and handle customer inquiries.
• Plan deliveries and manage backlog to optimize stock movements.
