Job summary

Technogym in Riyadh seeks an Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate billing and timely payments. You will process supplier invoices in SAP, perform three-way matching, monitor approvals, and support month-end closes, VAT and WHT compliance.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Operations and HR, maintain vendor data, assist audits, and drive process improvements within a multinational, English and Arabic–speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP ERP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Knowledge of Saudi VAT and WHT regulations is advantageous.

• Monitor approvals, GR/IR discrepancies, and invoice exceptions.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs including SADAD.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and AP reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and assist in vendor onboarding.

Your Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented analytical Accounting Specialist In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected on time You will interface with customers vendors and various Technogym Departments to facilitate financial and accounting processes improve cash flow and minimize the risk of collections and past dues defaults

Your Impact

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely in SAP
• Perform three-way matching between Purchase Orders PO Goods Receipts GR and supplier invoices
• Monitor and follow up on pending approvals GR IR discrepancies and invoice exceptions
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs including SADAD
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and AP reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT and WHT requirements and maintain proper supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and assist in vendor onboarding processes
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations HR and other departments to ensure smooth AP operations
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and analysis
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function

About You

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
• Proven hands‑on experience with SAP ERP ECC or S 4HANA
• Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay P2P processes
• Experience working in a multinational company is preferred
• Knowledge of Saudi VAT and WHT regulations is considered an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
