Job summary

PayTech Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Product Project Manager (6 months) to lead end-to-end delivery of new products in the Retail Credit Cards division. You will coordinate across business, technology, risk, compliance, marketing and external partners to ensure on-time market launches.

The role requires 10–15 years in product management, card/payments, or financial services, with strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• MBA is a plus and may be preferred by the company.
• 10–15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Launch, Program Management, Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, portfolio enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch roadmaps, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate launch activities across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing teams.
• Drive project execution to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and business objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities, ensuring products are operationally, commercially, and technically prepared for market launch.
