Job summary

PayTech Group in Riyadh, KSA seeks a Cards Portfolio Growth Specialist to drive new cardholder growth by identifying high-potential segments and designing acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Analytics teams to optimize activation, onboarding and conversion, monitor CAC and performance, and translate insights into actionable growth plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cards, retail banking, payments, or FinTech.
• Hands-on experience in customer acquisition, campaign management, sales growth, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of card products, acquisition channels, onboarding journeys, and segmentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English fluency required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute card acquisition strategies aligned with portfolio growth objectives.
• Identify high-potential customer segments using market analysis and performance data.
• Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across digital, branch, telesales, and partnerships.
• Monitor funnels, conversion rates, CAC, and campaign performance.
• Identify journey gaps and improve onboarding and conversion experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to craft offers and messages.
• Coordinate with Sales and distribution to improve lead management.
