Job summary

NOV is seeking a skilled fabricator to repair and assemble drill bits and DLR equipment to high standards in our Dammam facility. The role involves manual and machine grinding, brazing, hardfacing, and ensuring quality and safety across all tasks.

You will follow engineering drawings, use oxy/acetylene and propane tools, inspect parts, and support workflow efficiency while maintaining professional customer service and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or GED in metal fabrication or 3–6 years related experience.
• TIG welding competencies preferred.
• Experience with oxy/fuel hardfacing and brazing desirable.
• Previous welding experience in a fabrication environment advantageous.
• 5–7 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to engineering drawings and set procedures.
• Perform TIG welding and brazing/hardfacing tasks.
• Operate oxy/acetylene and propane equipment with required checks.
• Inspect parts and report non-conformances using standard measurement tools.
• Maintain safe, orderly work area and adhere to HSE policies.
• Manage workload and meet deadlines with professional conduct.
• Forklift loading/unloading as required.
