Job summary

Zahid Industries in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to execute welding, cutting, grinding and basic fabrication under supervision. You will support repairs of frames, skids, racks, baskets, pipes and plates as per approved drawings and work instructions.

Prepare materials and tools, maintain safe work practices, and escalate any issues to the supervisor. A basic understanding of drawings and safety compliance is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school or technical certificate preferred.
• Basic welding training or trade certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of welding safety and PPE requirements.
• Familiarity with reading basic drawings and job cards.
• Ability to use grinders and fabrication tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out welding, cutting, grinding and basic fabrication under supervision as per drawings and work instructions.
• Support welding repairs and fabrication of workshop metal components.
• Prepare materials, tools and equipment safely before starting work and escalate issues to supervisor.
