Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in the Eastern Province is seeking a Systems Engineer to work with the sales team in Dammam/AlKhobar. You will lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including pre-sales, RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, and participate in POCs with internal and partner teams.

You will be the primary technical contact for customers and partners. You should have a strong security technology background with expertise in encryption, authentication, PKI, IPsec, firewalls, and network security.

Qualifications

• Security technology background including encryption and authentication.
• Knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, and firewall concepts.
• CISSP accreditation would be beneficial.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering and end-to-end deal support.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate technically.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle from RFIs to RFQs and POCs.
• Be the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Continuously deepen Fortinet product knowledge and competitive positioning.
• Present technical solutions via whitepapers, plans, and discussions.
• Manage multiple deals with effective time management and CRM accuracy.
