Requirements

• - Experience: 1+ years of experience in a technical or IT-related role (Pre‑sales, IT Support, or Junior Infrastructure).
• - Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, and Hardware/Software systems.
• - IT Project Familiarity: Basic knowledge of how IT projects are structured, from initial requirements to final delivery.
• - Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, budgeting, and technical reporting.
