In this role, you will support the Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and assets. You will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing security personnel, and implementing comprehensive security protocols across our luxury resort property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest security standards in the hospitality industry.

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations and international hospitality standards
• Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and conduct regular briefings on security procedures and incident response
• Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality and coverage across the property
• Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and decisiveness, documenting all incidents and preparing detailed reports
• Patrol the resort property regularly to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential security risks
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and personnel records
• Assist in organizing security training programs and drills for staff and guests

Qualifications
