Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Powertrain in Saudi Arabia to lead 24/7 maintenance and reliability execution across drive unit and HV battery shops. You will shape the maintenance governance, AM strategy, spares planning, and capability development for Saudi operations, partnering with Production and Quality to ensure safe launches and sustained performance.

The role requires a strong track record in high-automation automotive/EV environments, CMMS/TPM expertise,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.
10+ years in industrial maintenance/reliability with 4+ years leading functions.
Experience in high-automation automotive/EV and greenfield launches.
Strong CMMS/TPM track record.
Proficient English; Arabic preferred; able to work around automated equipment and HV powertrain products.

Responsibilities

Own 24/7 maintenance response, shift coverage, escalation, tier routines and maintenance handover.
Deliver uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, schedule compliance, backlog and cost performance.
Establish standard breakdown, emergency-work, defect-elimination and return-to-service governance.
Deliver AM strategy and spares planning.
Build and develop supervisors, engineers, planners and technicians; manage budgets and service contracts.
