Job summary

JIGPC- Jazan Integrated Gasification and Power Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Foreman to supervise maintenance teams and guide critical activities in a large-scale facility. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and champion continuous improvement across maintenance programs.

The role focuses on leading technicians, coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance, and partnering with Operations and Engineering to optimize plant availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in power/heavy industrial facilities.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and reliability concepts.
• Experience supervising maintenance on critical plant equipment.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and permit-to-work processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during daily activities.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure work is conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with procedures.
• Support planning and scheduling to optimize equipment reliability and plant availability.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in troubleshooting, RCA, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, materials, and resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
