Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on immigration.
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of handling complex immigration cases.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid visa or residency permit in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare and file visa applications, work permits, family sponsorships, and other documents for clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to immigration status.
• Conduct thorough research on complex immigration cases as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Attend meetings with government officials or other legal professionals as required.
