Jeddah-based law firm Jing Hau seeks an experienced Attorney to provide legal advice and representation across corporate law, contracts, disputes, and IP. The role requires overseeing contract drafting, negotiations, and client counsel while keeping abreast of Saudi regulations.

You will draft and review agreements, represent clients in proceedings, and conduct legal research, collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney in a reputable law firm or corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate law, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property.
