Job summary

Stellar Co. is seeking experienced female trainers for a project-based opportunity to deliver a high-impact Nursery Practitioner Training Programme. This role will support aspiring nursery practitioners through a blended training model combining in-person sessions, coaching, and applied practice.

The ideal candidates must have a degree in Early Childhood Education, with at least 5 years of experience in teaching or training. Proficiency in Arabic is required, and English is a plus.

• Proven experience in delivering training programmes or workshops.
• Trained in coaching, mentoring, safeguarding, and LMS-based learning.

Job description

This position is seeking experienced and passionate female trainers to deliver a high-impact Nursery Practitioner Training Programme in partnership with a leading national initiative focused on strengthening early childhood education across the Kingdom.

This is a project-based opportunity to contribute to the development of aspiring nursery practitioners through a structured, blended training model combining in-person delivery, coaching, and applied practice.

Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension, commencing June 2026

Location: Riyadh, Jeddah, Madina, Makkah, Dammam, Abha, Yanbu (candidates may select their preferred location)

Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions.
