Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years PMV maintenance in construction or heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools for heavy machinery (CAT ET, Cummins Insite).
• Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001; SCE registration; SBC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifecycle and reduce costs.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure safety standards and ISO compliance across PMV operations.
• Coordinate with procurement to source spare parts and consumables; ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports for decision-making.
• Train and mentor technical staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure machinery availability per project timelines.
• Inspect and certify equipment readiness in line with SBC and regulatory requirements.
