Job summary

Shiji is seeking an experienced PMS Hospitality Implementation Consultant to lead implementation, integration, and training for hotel clients in the Middle East. The role involves on-site and remote work, configuring systems to meet local requirements, and driving successful go-lives across diverse properties.

You will train staff, manage multiple customers, and travel 70–80% across the Middle East. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus, and a hospitality background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality and PMS implementation.
• Experience with meetings & events is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across the Middle East.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy to hospitality customers in the Middle East.
• Implement PMS, integration and training remotely and on-site.
• Implement PMS Interfaces and Meeting & Events solutions.
• Configure systems to meet country-specific legal requirements and customer needs.
• Train staff on best practices and system usage; ensure smooth go-live.
• Report project status and coordinate with internal teams to meet goals.
