Job summary

Mace invites experienced professionals to lead PMO and Project Controls on one of Saudi Arabia’s largest programmes. You will work within the Planning Centre of Excellence, guiding teams and aligning with client governance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across projects in the Planning Centre of Excellence.
• Contribute to PMO/Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including EVM, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
• Build relationships with client representatives and support integration of planning and risk management.
• Assist with monthly reporting packs, supporting performance reviews and insights on project performance.
• Contribute to net zero carbon initiatives and manage associated emissions reductions during delivery.
