Job summary

Tiger Recruitment seeks a PMO/Implementation Manager to lead delivery across our project-based operations. The role owns delivery end to end, coordinating staffing, execution and reporting with key stakeholders.

You will apply proven PMO practices, align priorities with the Chairman's direction, and drive change management across consulting and knowledge-based projects. Fluency in Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Background from a Big 4 or major consultancy PMO function.
• Strong implementation track record across delivery, staffing and reporting.
• Open to the training/education industry; prior training-sector experience not required.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities

• Run the PMO function for project-based, contract-staffed delivery engagements.
• Oversee project implementation from staffing through execution and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align on priorities and delivery.
• Relay and implement the Chairman's direction across delivery operations.
• Apply change management and implementation methodology across consulting and knowledge-based projects.
