Qualifications

• Experience leading multifaceted projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful completion of objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress against established milestones
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and expectations
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes
• Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall frameworks as appropriate
• Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors, to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports for stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and feedback to drive project success
• Evaluate project performance post-delivery to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects
