Job summary

CoorB in Jeddah seeks an experienced PMO Manager to lead the PMO, align projects with strategy, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. You will collaborate with the executive board and cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives.

You will implement agile adoption, mentor Agile Ambassadors, and oversee performance tracking with KPIs across 60+ projects, leveraging MS Power Platform, Jira, MS Project, and other tools to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial PMO role.
• Experience managing software development projects, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).

• Actively participate in the recruitment process, assisting in the selection of qualified project management candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing a PMO function.
• Demonstrated experience managing software development projects, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar) and project tracking/reporting software.
• Extensive experience working in a software development or IT-driven environment.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
• Hands-on experience in managing a PMO or coordinating multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to achieve success.
