Job summary
Lenovo in Riyadh is seeking an on-site IT applications support resource to ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and plant software. You will work with local and global teams to support production operations and drive AI-enabled solution adoption.
The role requires 2+ years supporting enterprise applications, knowledge of databases, ITIL, and experience with Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a business environment.
- Experience within manufacturing operations and/or end-to-end supply chain environments.
- English communication skills required (fluent).
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and improve enterprise applications across manufacturing, shopfloor, supply chain, and plant functions.
- Configure application functionality based on business and technical requirements.
- Monitor performance, investigate incidents, and drive root-cause resolution.
- Participate in deployments, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure availability and performance.
- Provide Level 2 support for production environments and maintain documentation.
