Job summary

Lenovo is hiring an Assistant Manufacturing Engineer - Servers (ISG) in Riyadh to help bring server products from first build to mass production. You’ll work with seasoned engineers on NPI, line qualification, pilot runs and ramp-up, setting up assembly and packaging, and maintaining tooling and work instructions on the production floor.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a relevant engineering field, 0–2 years of manufacturing or electronics experience, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up assembly and packaging processes for server products.
• Prepare tooling and fixtures before each build phase and track condition.
• Create and maintain work instructions and process flow documents.
• Support cycle time studies and line balancing.
• Respond to daily production issues and identify root causes.
• Ensure process compliance and contribute to 5S/Lean improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams on changes.
