Job summary

Red Sea Global seeks an Operational General Manager–level leader to own the integrated business plan, KPI scorecard and performance reviews. You will drive cross-functional planning, budgeting, and portfolio governance, coordinating with Finance and multiple departments to deliver revenue growth and cost control across Botanica.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years in planning, project controls or PMO roles, with at least 5 years leading a PMO.
• Proven experience in business planning, performance management and transformation programmes in multi-business-unit organizations.
• PMP, PgMP or MSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual business plan and budget with Finance and departments; consolidate an integrated plan with figures.
• Run the portfolio of strategic initiatives with governance, schedules and stage gates.
• Prepare and challenge business cases with Finance; track benefits after implementation.
• Design KPI frameworks and produce monthly performance packs and dashboards.
• Lead capacity, manpower and logistics planning to match commitments.
• Maintain risk registers, RAID logs and governance documentation.
• Oversee cost control, variance analysis and contract profitability forecasts.
• Provide executive reporting and facilitate performance reviews.
