Job summary

Qualifications

• Tender management experience is a must.
• Public business experience is a must.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical industries is desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Key Account management in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance with specifications and eligibility criteria.
• Develop, coordinate, and submit high-quality tender documents within deadlines.
• Maintain a comprehensive tender tracking system to monitor progress and deadlines.
• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in local and international markets.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to align tender strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare documentation including technical proposals, pricing schedules, and certifications.
• Ensure submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.
• Manage and update a library of pre-qualification documents and tender responses.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, regulatory, and finance teams to gather required information.
