Tabby is seeking a People Experience Partner for its KSA entity. You will own the end-to-end employee experience, combining onboarding/offboarding, performance management enablement, Saudization planning, and government relations.

In a fast-paced fintech environment, you will ensure a smooth day-one connection and compliant people processes. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder partnerships, robust HR operations, and proactive engagement initiatives to improve retention and employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
• Proven HRBP or HR generalist experience in fast-growing environments.
• Experience with Saudization, government relations, and Saudi labor law.
• Exposure to fintech/financial services is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and onboarding/offboarding experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end employee experience for Tabby's KSA entity.
• Coordinate PMS cycles, self-reviews, ratings, and milestones.
• Manage end-to-end PIP cases from setup to closure.
• Lead Saudization planning with TA and quarterly reviews.
• Drive adoption of digital onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and guide new joiners from day one.
• Facilitate Exit & Onboarding improvements to boost retention.
• Lead annual local engagement and recreation calendar with stakeholders.
