Job summary

Tabby | تابي, based in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an HR Business Partner to own the end-to-end employee experience for Tabby’s KSA entity. You will combine onboarding/offboarding, performance-management enablement, Saudization planning, and Saudi government relations in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will work with the Talent Acquisition and HR Ops teams to ensure smooth people processes from day one and to drive improved retention and engagement within the local workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with HR Operations background.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies/startups (able to plug and play).
• Industry-flexible; fintech exposure is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi labour law and contract types, and of managing expatriate and Saudi national employees.
• Hands-on experience with government relations (GR) and related government portals/processes.
• Experience with Saudization planning in partnership with Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance and calibration sessions with managers.
• Ensure PMS cycle runs to process—driving timely completion of self-reviews, manager ratings, and cycle milestones.
• Own PIP cases end to end, from setup through monthly progress checks to closure.
• Own Saudization planning in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team — aligning hiring with Saudization targets and quarterly TA reviews.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital onboarding & offboarding workflow and optimization.
• Own onboarding experience deliver onboarding sessions and guide new joiners through the journey so they connect with the business from day one.
• Facilitate Exit & Onboarding and turn insights into clear action plans to improve retention and employee experience.
• Lead the annual local engagement and recreation calendar with stakeholders.
