Job summary

Rixos Murjana is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support the People & Culture department. You will handle recruitment coordination, employee administration, and records management while ensuring compliance with hotel standards and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or administration.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes: interview arrangements, candidate communication, contracting, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, MIS data, and HR documentation.
• Support HR operations and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local laws.
